Exchange and refund Policy
EXCHANGES
- Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery or collection.
- After 7 days from delivery, no exchange or refund will be offered. However, if there are unique circumstances, please email us and we will review your situation.
- Goods purchased can be returned for exchange in different size only (not for different product range) within the first 7 days after delivery / collection.
- If there are any factory faults, we must be informed within 7 days after delivery / collection. The product will be replaced only if the goods have no faults or damage as a result of incorrect or improper use or through normal and acceptable wear and tear.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
- Exchanges can be made for size changes only.
- Please return the product in the original packaging.
- We cannot offer an exchange if the product has been worn or shows signs of wear and tear,
- Courier cost for exchange is for the clients account. Courier costs will be charged for the collection of the product, as well as for the delivery of the exchange product. A rate of R120 will be charged for exchanges.
- We will exchange free of charge if there are factory faults or if we sent a different size to what was ordered.
- Alternatively, you can arrange your own courier or exchange it directly from us. If you prefer to arrange your own shipping please contact us via email on info@fusionskye.co.za
- The time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product will depend on where you live.
- All decisions made by Fusion Skye regarding returned product are final.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will only be offered if the products received have factory faults.
